Senita's founders, Jenna and Maddie, began creating a yearly type 1 diabetes collection as a way to support and bring awareness to the T1D community. Growing up with a brother with T1D meant that this cause was something that meant the world to them. Today, we are honored to continue this tradition by partnering with Beyond Type 1 to sponsor a team of athletes with type 1 diabetes as they race the NYC Marathon this November.
A portion of the sales from the T1D Collection will be donated to Beyond T1D. Senita Athletics is also sponsoring 30 Female Runners in the New York City Marathon.

Beyond Type 1 is a nonprofit organization helping unite the global diabetes community and provide solutions to the challenges they face everyday. Founded in 2015, they have focused on education, advocacy, and the pathway to cures for type 1 diabetes.

Somebody told me about Senita knowing we like to be involved with Type 1 groups, families, educate and advocate. Amazing what you are doing!! keep going!
My niece, Mattie, passed away from complications of Type 1 diabetes when she was 8. She was diagnosed at 14 months old. My friend, Catherine, is also a Type 1. These two inspired and still inspire me to never give up no matter how hard the journey and to cherish each day.❤️ Thanks for supporting such a great cause!
