I’m between a small and a medium. I got a medium and they are very compressive. Since I’m carrying big with this pregnancy, I’m not sure if they will be comfy until the end, but I’m talking carrying twins big. I’m sure they will fit, but may get a little too tight. I still think they’re fabulous. I’m 5’3” and they don’t bunch at the bottoms.
It was hard for me to find maternity pants of this material that also had pockets. So happy I found this pair! I absolutely love them, but the only downfall is that they are not very forgiving in the belly area. My other over the belly workout pants do not irritate my stomach at all, but these have a tightness that only allows me to wear them for 2 hours max before I’m uncomfortable. I also tried two sizes and sized up, and I’m still on the small side for my belly size. I would definitely recommend sizing up if you’re on the fence about it :)
These pants fit tts and were perfect for working out or lounging during my pregnancy. I found them easy to get on and the panel of fabric over the bump was comfortable and not constructing. I had to pull them up sometimes but I think that’s to be expected when trying to keep things snug with a bump?
I am in my third pregnancy and now as a SAHM I wanted to invest in some decent maternity leggings (since that’s all I’m bothered to wear anymore). I’m 5’5”, 19 weeks, 158 lbs currently, 155 lbs originally and apple-shaped with moderately long legs. I’ve tried 4 brands and these are the first ones worth keeping. Here’s why: These leggings are quite thick with good leg compression. I was able to wear undies that I’ve deemed too panty-liney to wear with all of my other leggings without being able to see lines. They make my butt look great and do a decent job holding in my gut. My primary forms of exercise are running, walking and yoga. I think these are too thick and not supportive enough through the gut (yet) to be good for running and I’ll probably reach for lighter options for yoga. These will be great come November when it starts to get cold. They don’t fit full-length on me, more like 7/8 (which I prefer). The material is a bit shiny, but not too much to dislike, but does feel pretty synthetic and not super moisture-wicking. There are 2 seams that run down the inner thigh that left lines when I took them off and were mildly uncomfortable, but it was minor. They aren’t lounging leggings for me, either, because of the leg compression. The band comes up high in the front and has plenty of room around the top elastic for me to grow. The back dips down a bit, which is great for breathability, but not so much if you are self conscious about back fat (I won’t wear with a tight shirt). Overall, they look great on and stay up, are long enough and thick enough and have pockets, so I’m keeping them! Things I would change: less synthetic-feeling material, and ditch the inner thigh seams (not much!).
Very supportive and room enough to grow throughout pregnancy. These have become my go-to. TTS
