Booty Burner Workout!

Welcome, friends! Get ready to FEEL THE BURN! I'm going to take you through a good booty burner workout!

I will provide modifications for the entire workout, so you can complete this at home OR at the gym! If you don't know what a specific exercise is, google or youtube it! These will all be online and you can find step-by-step instructions on how to do it!

*** HOW TO COMPLETE A CIRCUIT *** To complete a circuit, complete the exercises consecutively, taking minimal to no breaks (ie. 10 lunges, 10 RDL's, 20 calf raises without resting). After you complete the consecutive exercises, REST. That's 1 round! Repeat it 2 more times for a total of 3 rounds. 

DON'T FORGET to give this workout your all! You will only get out of it what you put into it. YOU have to put in the work, and give it your best! DEAL?? Deal.

Warm-Up: 10 minutes

  1. 5 minutes of low intensity cardio (walking at an incline, light jog, level 5 stair master)
  2. 5 minute full body stretch (neck, shoulders, arms, back, quads, hamstrings, calves)

Booty Burner Circuit 1: 3 rounds

  1. 10 walking lunges (each side)
  2. 10 RDL's
  3. 20 calf raises

Booty Burner Circuit 2: 3 rounds

  1. 10 curtsy lunges (each side)
  2. 10 goblet squats
  3. 15 calf raises

Booty Burner Circuit 3: 3 rounds

  1. 10 hip abductors
  2. 10 hip adductors
  3. 10 calf raises

Booty Burner BURNOUT: 3 rounds

  1. 10 duck walks forward
  2. 10 duck walks backward
  3. 10 squat jumps

DONE!! YOU DID IT! Proud of you 😉

 

MODIFIED WORKOUT BELOW!

  1. 10 donkey kicks (each side)
  2. 10 fire hydrants (each side)
  3. 15 calf raises

Booty Burner Circuit 3: 3 rounds

  1. 10 sidestep squats (right)
  2. 10 sidestep squats (left)
  3. 10 calf raises

Booty Burner BURNOUT: 3 rounds

  1. 10 duck walks forward
  2. 10 duck walks backward
  3. 10 squats
