Return for Refund:
Please return unused garments within FIFTEEN DAYS (15) upon receiving your items. It is important to know that all items must be in PERFECT condition with tags ON in order to receive a refund or exchange. Any article of clothing with hair, deodorant marks, stains, or odor will not be refunded or exchanged. Click "start my return/exchange" to create a return shipping label: please attach the shipping label and drop off the package at your local USPS. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and are nonrefundable. (Pro tip: re-use the Senita mailer bag.) All refunds for unused, unwashed
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the garments back to Senita for an exchange.We will make the exchange upon arrival of your returned item and the exchanged item will be sent back to the customer with no additional shipping charges. Sale Return Policy:
Items purchased on sale may only be returned for store credit. No exceptions.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
All purchases of sale items between November 23th and December 31 will fall into our Holiday Return Policy. You will have until January 15th to return your items for store credit. Again, items purchased on sale can only be returned for store credit. Full priced items can be still be returned for a full refund or exchange. Receive a gift that didn't work out? Once we receive your return, we are happy to issue you a gift card so you can find that perfect item!
