Return for Refund Policy:
Please return unused garments within THIRTY DAYS (30) upon receiving your items. It is important to know that all items must be in PERFECT condition with tags ON in order to receive a refund or exchange. Any article of clothing with hair, deodorant marks, stains, or odor will not be refunded or exchanged. Accessories are not eligible for return. Also know that any shipping costs paid by the customer when the initial order was made will NOT be included in the refund amount. Click the "Make a Return or Exchange" button above to create a return shipping label. You will have the option of receiving a shipping label through our returns portal, or obtaining your own shipping label through a 3rd party. Please attach the shipping label and drop off the package at your local USPS. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and are nonrefundable. (Pro tip: re-use the Senita mailer bag.) Sale Return Policy:
Items purchased on sale may only be returned for store credit. No exceptions. These are items you see on the sale page or that are clearly marked down from the original price.

Holiday Return Policy:
All purchases of sale items between November 25 and December 31 will fall into our Holiday Return Policy. You will have until January 30 to return your items for store credit. Again, items purchased on sale can only be returned for store credit. Full priced items can be still be returned for a full refund or exchange. Receive a gift that didn't work out? Once we receive your return, we are happy to issue you a gift card so you can find that perfect item!
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the garments back to Senita for an exchange. Any exchange request must be for the same item (different size or color). Any exchange requests wanting a different item will receive store credit to put towards a new purchase. We will make the exchange upon arrival of your returned item and the exchanged item will be sent back to the customer with no additional shipping charges. Note that we cannot hold items for exchanges or guarantee an item to be in stock for the exchange.
We are unable to offer exchanges on international orders at this time.
Claims for damages or faulty items upon arrival must be reported within 15 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit. Please email a picture of the damaged or faulty item(s) to email@example.com and our customer service department will take care of you.
