Return Policy for Domestic Orders:

Didn’t work out? No problem! Click on the link above to start your returns process for domestic orders only. You have 30 days to return from when they were received. Please make sure they are being returned in the condition they arrived in (i.e. with tags attached and in the bags they came in). If items are returned without tags or bags, you will be charged a $5.00 restocking fee. Requests for exchanges or store credit will be given free shipping on returns. Requests for refunds will be a flat shipping fee of $6.00. Worn, washed, damaged, and/or dirty items will be denied refunds or given store credit. Accessories and other items marked final sale will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Swimwear will be the same policy as our athletic wear with the addition of having the hygiene liner inside. Takes up to 5 days after delivery to be processed. 


Return Policy for International Orders:

To initiate an international return, please start your process by clicking the above return link and entering your RMA number or the email address  you used on the original purchase. Follow the steps and once complete, please ship your items to the address displayed at the end. Condition of items have the same rules applied as the domestic returns. At this time we do not offer exchanges on international orders and any shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.



You can exchange for a different size or click on the "find something new" option and exchange for anything else you would like. You will be refunded for the difference or charged the difference, depending on the item. Once your return package is scanned, your exchange order will be released. To make sure you get the items you requested, returning your package ASAP will be the best way. We do not hold onto exchange request items, and if something does get sold out by the time of request and you drop off the return package, you will receive a refund on those items. 

Also note, you are unable to process an exchange on an exchange. If you process an exchange and you do not want the exchange anymore, it will have to be filed as a return at that point. 


Gift Return

Click on the Gift Return button at the bottom of the return portal to process a gift return! No one will know you are returning anything and you will receive store credit directly or can exchange and free return shipping. Right now though, it will look like you are being charged shipping if you are requesting store credit, as it will have a $6.00 deduction fee showing up, but rest assured, we will make sure you are not charged that when we receive your package and send you the gift card. We are working on fixing that issue beginning of next year! Takes up to 5 days after delivery to be processed. 


Multiple returns from different orders

Instead of signing in with your order number and Zip code, click the option to sign in with your email address instead! You will be directed through an email and can click on multiple items from different orders, as long as those orders are still within the return window. 


Holiday Return Policy

All purchases of items between October 28 to December 25 will fall into our Holiday Return Policy. You will have until January 25 to return your items for full refund, exchange, or store credit.
