This is the older version of the Train Shorts, which runs smaller than our updated version. We recommend sizing up one size for a fit that is not highly compressive.

"I am a runner and these are my go to for long runs. I can put gels/ fuel in the pockets. I how Senita contributes making these shorts. And being back now colors. Paired with Sarah bra for my phone, I have no need to have a belt or pack on long runs. Absolutely love!!!"

"Love these for running. More compressive than some of the other shorts. I usually wear a small in other Senita shorts and went with a medium after reading reviews. So glad I did- medium are snug!"
"I bought a size small in both black and cayenne. The Cayenne fit perfectly. I could not even get the black pair on. Exact same size and cut - two completely different fits. I have consistently had this issue with Senita. There was at least two inches of difference in the waist between the two pairs and at least two inches of difference in the hips. I really hope Senita can start getting their product more consistent. They are definitely losing business from me."

"These are a bit more compressive than my Rios so I sized up one. They stayed up during my run around my waist, but rode up on my thighs which doesn’t usually happen in my 3. 75 Rios and I got the 4 inch length of these. The fabric also seems thinner than other lux shorts? The second version of these are definitely more compressive than the light navy ones, FYI!"
