Wanted to love :(

"I was SO excited for this order! I ordered three pairs of their 5” inseam shorts. The quality was very good and the packaging is great. However, there were massive gaps at the waist, the spandex is not tight enough to fit to my body. It is definitely a personal fit problem, but it would have been awesome if they were made with a tighter, stretchy material like some other brands. If you have a thicker lower half but small waist, it might not be the best brand to order from. I ordered medium and feel a small would still have had a large waist gap and just squeeze my thighs too much. Again, so wanted to love since the patterns are so cute!!! But I know this brand just won’t be a good fit for shorts for my body type!"

"I like these, but the waistband is very firm/not forgiving. It feels like it’s just not stretchy enough. The body of the shorts fit perfectly, so I didn’t want to size up. The pockets are fantastic, and the color is very sporty. Overall, good shorts. Like, but not love."

"Doesn’t roll nor slide down, stays put and high on my waist even with my heavy phone in a side pocket. Never had to tug it up even after 12 miles. Pockets are deep and the slanted opening allows me to find the top without looking. I haven’t used the back pocket yet, but the zipper is nice. Washes well: the reflective dots are good."

"These are the perfect shorts! It's so hard to find compression shorts with a back pocket that fits a phone, but these fit my iPhone perfectly which is ideal for runs. They give good compression and hold everything in place but not in a way that gives you a muffin top. Based off of recommendations I did size up one from my normal size and they fit perfect. I want one in every color now."

"I bought these specifically for long-distance training runs because of the pocket design. Pros: * Back waist pocket is large enough to comfortably fit a modern smartphone. * Three pockets total for carrying essentials (phone, water flask, gels, key. ) Cons: * The two mesh side pockets are small and don't stretch enough to hold a phone. * The fabric is thicker than expected. * The fit is snug even after sizing up. Thankful for heads up from past reviewers :) * Not my most comfortable running shorts."
