You can carry it with the  long shoulder strap or use the two handles that can velcro together. Other features include two side zipper pockets, two open mesh pockets, a separate shoe bag holder. There are also two open mesh pockets and another zipper pocket on the inside.

Sturdy and well designed

"I was a little hesitant to buy any bags because of prior reviews from earlier products ripping too easily or being poorly reinforced. I have been using this bag as my gym bag and for road trips for 6 months now and have had zero issues. Material seems very durable and even though I load up my bag so it's heavy I havent seen any wear or tear. Straps are in good condition and I appreciate that the over the shoulder strap is adjustable. The double handles have a velcro handle to attach them together if you want to carry by hand instead. I like the toiletry bag that comes with it and the different pockets inside. I keep my keys in the interior zippered pocket and hair ties, earbuds, tissues etc in the interior mesh pockets so I can easily grab them during a workout. I purchased it on sale but knowing what I know now I would purchase this at full price."
