It's great for any type of work out and it's fitted enough to be flattering without hugging the midsection too much. The fact that there's not a built in bra is a huge plus! "I love the feel of this shirt and I love the print on it too. It reminds me of the extra mile tank. But gosh this tank is small. I read the reviews that said it ran small so I sized up to a medium. To be honest, I should have sized up to a large or extra large. The sizing is off in this tank."
