"I often do HIIT training, and I was pleased that after several wears, these retained their shape and stayed in place. I often have to pull my leggings up as they loosen with wear, but not with these. I also like pocket leggings as I often stick my car keys in them as I run into the gym."

I am typically a medium but in all things black I size up one cause they tend to run small.....I had to size up to and XL to even get them over my hips and they were extremely tight on my calf's. The XL is better but the waist is loose so I can't run in them."
