I bought these originally because they were one of the few maternity workout pants with pockets, which I loved. My complaint is that they are EXTREMELY thick! So they're great for compression & not see through, but even though they are the right size, require some work to put on. Sometimes I'm out of breath pulling them up! And forget wearing in warmer weather- I can't even imagine. They also sag a little in the crotch area and I have to repeatedly pull them up, but this seems to be a problem with every single maternity pant I buy- must be something in the panelling that no one can seem to figure out.
I bought these leggings because I was looking for something supportive, breathable, and affordable. These leggings hit all needs! The fabric is super soft, like LulaRoe leggings and they are stretchy and breathe but at the same time support my belly and butt where I need it! I should also say I had an issue where I bought the mediums and they were too small, so their customer service crew worked with me to get me an exchange so I could exchange it out for a large. The large fits great! I’m almost 30 weeks and these will support me throughout the rest of the pregnancy!
Found these through a recommendation by goodfortheswole on Instagram and they are exactly what I was looking for. They fit great and have just the right amount of compression so my belly feels supported during a workout and not squished. The high waist also means they don’t roll down on me. Quality and price make these the best maternity leggings I have found and I bought more after getting my first pair.
I loved the pants at first but after wearing them for a bit you start to notice how the seams itch like crazy... it's right above my glutes on the backside. So super annoying. I really wanted to love these pants but something is not just quite right. I'm constantly trying to readjust or itch!!!!
I'm an avid ultramarathon runner and was very disappointed in workout leggings I got from a major maternity retailer. Since that retailer specializes in maternity wear, I was dismayed that my pregnant running journey would be one full of chafing and discomfort. Then I saw a Senita advertisement on the 'gram and decided to test out a few items. Let me tell you...best decision EVER! I'll start out by saying this material is LOVELY. It is so luxurious and thick and comfortable! I thought for sure that with a material as thick as this, sweat would show through, but that isn't the case. This pair of leggings has gotten me through many many miles, chafe-free. These leggings are just as comfortable and good for running as my expensive brand name running-specific leggings! They stay in place, and the belly panel is nice and supportive without being restrictive. When I'm lounging around the house, I keep the belly panel all the way up and it doesn't feel restrictive at all, even when I am hardcore relaxing on the couch. When I go for a run, I usually flip the panel down below the belly, and it provide a little bit of extra support for the weight. I find that flipping the belly panel down when running reduces my round ligament pain a lot. When doing other workouts, I keep the belly panel fully up, and the leggings stay in place perfectly. I use the side pocket for my phone and my key when I run. I have an iPhone X in a very large otterbox case, and it fits perfectly in the pocket. It doesn't move around or chafe at all while running. I did find with the thicker material of this pair of leggings that I did have quite a bit of sweat accumulate between my leg and the phone, but nothing crazy. For reference, I ordered a medium. I am 5'5" and was a very thick-thighed and well-muscled 160 lbs pre-pregnancy. I'm currently ~180 lbs at week 26. I think the mediums will last me size-wise through the rest of the pregnancy. I originally ordered a small, and while those are good for keeping me "in" so to speak, they're a bit tight for most of my use cases. I'm keeping them as backups though for when everything else is dirty and I just need to run :)
