I love the bag. The functionality of it all is perfect, I love the bottom pocket and the overall size. The leather is pretty flimsy though as I went to pick it up and ripped the strap right out of the leader. They sent me a replacement for free cause customer service is the best and haven't had problems with the new bag (although I am much more careful now).

I love this bag. The look, the size, the feel. Sadly there are some issues with the durability and it ripped the first time I used it. Fortunately customer service helped me out and the design team is addressing the problems. I’m looking forward to seeing how the correct the problems for future bags!

This bag has so many pluses, but it definitely has it's issues. There is one snag already and the handles are starting to tear at the seams. For sure a bummer, wish it was made a little more sturdy.
