USA Shipping Policy:
Senita Athletics has set up the most efficient shipping methods for making sure you receive your order (in the US) within 7 business days (and often much faster). Senita Athletics has established a relationship with the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) in order to ensure the delivery of your order. We do our best to estimate your expected delivery timing, but please keep in mind that we cant control USPS, mother nature, or other unplanned situations. Just know that we've got your back, and we'll do our best to get your order delivered as soon as possible. If you're trying to estimate when your order will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Most USPS deliveries happen Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, although some locations may deliver on Saturdays.
Senita now ships worldwide for our international customers. We have chosen the most affordable and efficient shipping methods for you. Free shipping on orders over $50 does not apply to international customers.
Senita Athletics offers free exchanges for products that are not worn, damaged, or otherwise impaired. Just email email@example.com for instructions. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs related to sending the product back to Senita Athletics.
All REFUNDS will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. You will receive an email from us stating the funds have been sent to your bank. When you see the credit on your statement depends on your own credit card company's policy. Please return unused garments within FIFTEEN DAYS (15) with all original hang tags and liners in tact. If garment is damaged, please send a note telling us what is wrong with it. We also ship out exchanges to you with free shipping so please keep that in mind, too!
