As creator of BODi's (formerly Beachbody) For Beginner's Only and For Active Aging Only programs, and as a proud Mom, WOOT WOOT HQ fitness studio owner, international motivational speaker and BODI's first Black, curvy female Super Trainer, Lacee shows that fitness is for EVERYBODY and EVERY BODY. Her approach to fitness and mindset is all about body positivity and inclusivity, encouraging people at any age, race, fitness level, ability, and body type to use movement as the key to improving health.
