With Global-e, we are pleased to provide an optimized shopping experience for customers in numerous countries and territories. As an international shopper, you get the benefit of seeing product prices in your local currency, guaranteed order totals at checkout and no hidden fees, express international shipping, and the ability to prepay for customs and duties.
Global-e is a trusted global ecommerce vendor whose solution allows us to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers. Global-e will be the company that you contract with for any international purchase of our products and will handle and process your payment. Approved international carriers will deliver your packages.
Global-e currently supports billing in 150 currencies worldwide, with more being added on an ongoing basis. You will be able to see products priced in your selected currency for the international destinations currently supported.
Currently, Global-e supports: Alipay, AmazonPay, American Express, ApplePay, Diners, Discover, JCB, Klarna, Mastercard, Paypal, Visa and other payment options.
Once you add items to your cart and enter the check-out process, Global-e will calculate and display the order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from the United States to your selected international destination. This total may also include any applicable duties and taxes imposed by Customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.
Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Global-e supports. If you wish to pre-pay duties and taxes, select the Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) option at checkout and you will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Global-e international checkout page.
Not if you pre-pay duties and taxes, by selecting the Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) option at checkout. In that case, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your chosen currency and no additional costs will be due upon delivery. However, if you do not select the DDP option, you will be responsible for paying duties and taxes to the carrier upon delivery.
Currently, we are offering flat $15 shipping to our customers in Canada. For other international destinations, international shipping is determined by a number of factors including, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the Global-e international checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.
You will be quoted a specific delivery window at the time of checkout which is based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.
Your payment method will be billed by Global-e when your international order is shipped.
Your credit card will be billed by Global-e and your billing statement will read "Global-e/Senita".
No. The purchase or redemption of gift cards and e-gift cards for international purchases is currently not available.
You can use Global-e to receive a guaranteed order total for an order that is shipping internationally, but still pay in USD using a U.S. credit card. This also works if you are traveling or living abroad. To have your order shipped to an international destination, select the change country option on our home page.
At this time, we cannot ship to APO | FPO addresses.
You can track the progress of your international package(s), refer to the order confirmation email you received upon placing your order.

Exchanges are not available at this time. Please return items and place a new order.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, returns (with the exception of sale or other promotions marked “Final Sale”) are accepted within 30 days of the ship date. Final Sale items are ineligible for a return or refund. If you choose to return an item, Global-e will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price (minus any return shipping charges) and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note that you will still be responsible for the original shipping charges (you will not be reimbursed for any amount you paid in shipping charges for the initial delivery of the merchandise). Returned merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and all original tags must be attached. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the packing slip from the order and customs documents (if applicable).
To start your returns process, please go to the Global-e Returns Portal and follow the instructions provided. For your convenience, you may create a prepaid return shipping label and drop off to the nearest DHL location. If you have questions or need assistance with making a return, please contact us at email@example.com. We will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be sent and the amount you will be refunded not including any duties and taxes originally paid. Refunds for returned items will be credited to you by Global-e in the same currency as your original order in the form of the original payment. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
