The nova one definitely runs a little tighter then the bother color but the pattern is suuuuper flattering. I don’t mind it being tight to help pull everything thing in postpartum 11 months. I’m 5’5”, 155lbs, size 4 jeans @loft and I ordered a size medium.

Okay so these pants are literally the cutest. I do barre and they gave me no issues. The medium fit me perfectly and I got a lot of compliments!

These are a great pair of leggings for a range of activities. No top seam in the waistband eliminates pinching. However, for running, HIIT, perhaps would not be ideal due to risk of slipping down as eliminating the top seam eliminates the structural integrity a legging has. Hiking, climbing, biking, casual and most everything in between are still wonderful uses for this legging. Material is on the more performance slick feeling and nicely compressive. If in between sizes, I would size up for comfort.
