I am 5'3, 130 lbs, and a consistent size S in senita leggings (xs in weekend joggers), but was gifted these in XS. Getting them on was a little snug but once on, didn't budge. I wore them for boot camp and they compressive and still comfy. I'd guess to size down if you're going to use them for exercise, and get your normal size if they're for yoga and/or lounging. Also note that these hit me above my ankle, whereas the black are full length on me, not sure why.

Wow. I am really impressed with these leggings! GREAT quality, great fit, great price. I couldn't recommend more. The Pacific color is so nice, the pockets are sleek and don't add volume to the leggings, super soft fabric, very high waisted, nice length (I'm 5 2", size S) fits true to size. I will be ordering more colors for sure!

128 lbs and 5'4'' and I wear a small. These pants are crazy soft! I'm already planning on getting more in different colors so that I can wear them all the time!

I love the shakti leggings. They feel like butter and the pacific color is so pretty.

I've been trying to find leggings with the conditions: - Pockets (!!) - Trendy color - Trendy cut/fit - great casual - great in the gym These fit the bill. Not a fan of Lulu's, nike's are on the more expensive side, and Gymshark just didn't have the aesthetic look and pockets I wanted! Huge fan of these, they fit great & will be coming back.
