These are a great pair of leggings for a range of activities. No top seam in the waistband eliminates pinching. However, for running, HIIT, perhaps would not be ideal due to risk of slipping down as eliminating the top seam eliminates the structural integrity a legging has. Hiking, climbing, biking, casual and most everything in between are still wonderful uses for this legging. Material is on the more performance slick feeling and nicely compressive. If in between sizes, I would size up for comfort.

I absolutely love these pants! They’re comfortable, silky, pocket-y, and makes me look and feel hawwwwt. I was worried the gold flakes would be itchy but I can’t feel them at all. I get so many compliments and lift weights in them regularly.
