• Position the covers over your nipples, gently smoothing theNedges onto your skin for a secure fit.

WEAR & CARE
• If wearing for extended periods or in hot conditions,
periodically check and adjust if necessary.

AFTER USE
• Gently peel off the covers from your skin.
• To clean, hand wash gently with mild soap and lukewarm water.
• Air dry with the adhesive side up.

STORAGE
• Once dry, reapply the protective backing and
store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
