    "I have worn these leggings for a yoga class and to run outdoors in cooler weather. They were great for yoga, didn't need to adjust them at all during class and they moved well. This past weekend I ran my first 50k trail race wearing these. It was about 40 degrees out for the race and these kept me not too hot, not too warm, didn't chafe anywhere, and were extremely comfortable. I will say if you have a phone in your pocket, they can slide down a little, which I don't mind for a shorter run, but for this longer race I put my phone in my running vest pocket and they were perfect. Highly recommend."
